To deepen the sorting and reshaping of the current ERP business process of the company, solve the problems found in system operation, improve the company's information management level, and lay the foundation for the company's later system upgrade and integration. On the morning of July 9th, the company held a kickoff meeting for the overall process optimization of ERP.

The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Sun. In addition to the ERP software operators in the company's business department, Zhang Xinyuan and Zhang Mingchao, consultants from Xinxiang Tianxu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianxu Technology"), were specially invited to participate and diagnose and optimize the company's ERP process. Their team has successfully implemented ERP+MES system planning for listed companies such as Henan Shijia Photon Technology Co., Ltd., Henan Zhongbing Communication, and Hebi Tianhai Electronics, with rich experience in ERP implementation. At the same time, they have established factory inspection standards for customers in the field of optical chips, effectively helping enterprises reduce management risks.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang from Tianxu Technology introduced the purpose of the project kickoff meeting, as well as the timeline and delivery principles for subsequent work. Afterwards, Mr. Sun introduced the project team members who participated in the process optimization work of the company and required all members to be truthful, reflect the problems discovered in actual work truthfully and rigorously, so that Tianxu Technology staff can diagnose problems more accurately.

Mr. Sun stated that the ERP system has been running in the company for over two years, and everyone has realized the efficiency and convenience that "informatization" brings to our work. We need to implement this process optimization work with a new attitude and speed to ensure the achievement of the expected goals of the company's "informatization" construction.
